First of all take backup of the old software. May be on another drive or disk. Specially the executable file of the software named as "XdigiUSB.exe".

The new version will require only EXE file updation but people using older software version may require database updation also. So here are the steps...

Steps to follow before you upgrade your Xdigi-USB Software :

Device Recognition :
     Every device has a unique number on the back side of the device.

A) If your device number is above XDU/2009/1001, then there is no need for database updation. You can download the new EXE file from icon given on the same page.

B) But, If your device number is between XDU/05/2008/001 to XDU/05/2008/100 then you may require database updation also. For this you have to contact us via
